We charge 60% or full payment at the time of your order, If you cancel the order 3 days before the delivery day full payment will be refundable. If you cancel the within 72 hours of the delivery time payment is non refundable. You may extend your order for free. 

All the local pickups are free, Safe delivery will be according to the distance of the destination from zip code 75243, We do deliver only within Dallas metroplex.
